Welcome to PlayPlot. Please read and accept the following terms before downloading, installing or using the PlayPlot app or this website.

1. The service

PlayPlot provides playback of interactive short dramas, branching choices, accounts and point-based unlocking. Some series are free; others require points to unlock.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Do not lend, transfer or misuse your account.

3. Virtual content and payments

You can purchase points in the app through Google Play and use them to unlock series. Point prices are shown at Google Play checkout. Google Play collects payment for purchases made through it. Refund requests for purchases, spent points and unlocked virtual content are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, record, repost, redistribute or commercially exploit the app or series content; use cheats, scripts or other abnormal means; or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The PlayPlot app, series content, text, graphics and marks are owned by us or the relevant rights holders and may not be used without permission.

6. Disclaimers and liability

We work to restore service interruptions caused by network, device or force majeure events, but we do not accept liability beyond the extent required by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for business or legal reasons. Updated terms apply from the date they are published.
